I brought my grandmother’s wedding rings in to be resized so I could wear them. I was scared to have someone manipulate this jewelry given it’s a family heirloom. Mr. Tony was very friendly and knowledgeable. He put my mind at ease. My rings were serviced quickly and took my breath away. I haven’t seen them shine like that in years. I’m very happy with my choice to bring my jewelry to Anthony Joseph Jewelers.

This place is a great business. They are very kind and informative. My wedding ring was in need of repair - missing stone and severely bent band due to an accident. It looks brand new today! They were communicative throughout the entire process. The definition of professional, friendly and good at what they do!

I’ve had several pieces cleaned and worked on at this jeweler and every time it has been a wonderful experience, not to mention the unique pieces in the display cases give you plenty to look at while you wait. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. When I’ve had sentimental pieces worked on the jeweler took all the time I needed to look through dozens of options so I felt comfortable making changes knowing that piece was in great hands. It came back exactly as we discussed. This is the first jeweler I’ve been to who does not act like they are doing you a favor giving you their time. I will never use a commercial big box jeweler again.

A hidden Gem in the Heights, at least it was for me. Excellent service, super friendly folks there. Needed a ring resized, fused and cleaned. Results were beyond expectations! Thank you all.

It makes no sense to go anywhere else in the area. They are the best. A few years ago, the jewelry desk at the PX on post sent me here to have some jewelry I purchased on base sized. The work they did on my jewelry was so exceptional that I’ve been coming here for all my jewelry repairs ever since. Their customer service is consistently amazing, and their work is pure art. Now that I think about it, it’s unfair that it took me ten years to write them this review. Thank you Anthony Joseph Jewelers for all your awesome service over the years!

I took in my 40 year anniversary ring for a resize. I’ve got to say this place is absolutely amazing. The customer service is flawless and the work is incredible. I will highly recommend these jewelers to anyone needing any service done.

Shopping for my wife's wedding ring led me to several well-known jewelry stores—Zales, Kay, and others—but no one spent more time with me than Anthony Joseph Jewelers in Harker Heights. Instead of hiding behind a computer screen like most retailers, Mr. Anthony actually turned his monitor toward me and explained what he saw in different stones and why they graded the way they did. It felt honest, educational, and genuine. There was never any pressure to buy. Out of curiosity, I asked what it would cost to repair a necklace—he quoted me half of what I was told elsewhere, without knowing what others had charged. And unlike the big stores that “send it off,” he handles repairs in-house. I left impressed, informed, and confident—and I’ll be working with Mr. Tony to design my wife’s custom ring and diamond. A rare find: honest, patient, and truly customer-first.

Friendly workers and owner. Was also very fast at changing my watch battery, I was originally expecting to come back the next day or wait an hour but they were able to change the battery within 20 ish minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. Also very good pricing! Definitely would come back here for my other watches!

Had to come here and leave a review because Andrea (hope I spelled it right) was phenomenal. I as in a bind looking for some diamond earrings for a Christmas gift and because of her I am glad I chose this place. I can tell she is passionate about her work. She answered all of my questions and went the extra mile explaining in detail things I had no idea about as it pertains to jewelry. I really appreciated her attentiveness and knowledge. Will definitely be coming back for future purchases.

Even though we were not making a purchase, Andrea took the time to assist us with patience, professionalism, and genuine kindness. She thoroughly explained the process, walked us through the testing methods, and gave us a complete breakdown of what they were seeing. Her willingness to help without any expectation of a sale immediately gave us confidence in both her expertise and the integrity of the business. What impressed me most was the transparency of their work. They were happy to show us their equipment and explain how they evaluate stones, leaving no room for doubt. It was clear that they take pride in conducting business ethically and honestly. Their custom jewelry craftsmanship and attention to detail were equally impressive. Andrea was incredibly warm, welcoming, and informative throughout our visit. Experiences like this are rare, and it's refreshing to find a business that prioritizes helping people and building trust. Although we didn't purchase anything during this visit, I fully intend to return and purchase a bracelet from them in the near future.
